Thank you for joining me on our song healing journey. For those who weren’t able to join ‘live’, your strong presence was very much felt in the ceremony. I saw us all wearing raw rose quartz bracelets on our left wrists, her loving frequency resonating with our pulses, circulating around and through our whole Beings as we went out into the world on our spiral paths.

I felt a surge of pride for each and every one of you. When was the last time you told yourself how proud you are of yourself, and really felt it?

We can be quick to feel and carry the weight of regret and shame, so maybe humble pride can be a warm, soft, weighted blanket in its place.

I am so proud of you.
